| Aufgabengebiet | The primary mission of the High-Throughput Screening and Integration Core (HTSC) is to provide assistance and help our customer's needs when we integrate Opera Phenix imagers with high-throughput screening capabilities to identify genes or organic small molecule modulators of signaling pathways, cellular phenotypes, and protein function in models of human disease. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a bachelor's degree and two years of experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve, work independently, and work in a team environment. They will work under the Core Directors' supervision to execute the Automation robotic integration platform for daily experiments that optimize and validate cell and biochemical assays in high-density formats (i.e., 384 well microtiter plates). |
| Anforderungen | The candidate will work with our global customers to facilitate and provide technical requirements for their workflow and translate them to the internal team for integration. The primary mission of the candidate is to provide the technical details and project management to help our customers with their high-throughput screening capabilities to identify genes or organic small molecule modulators of signaling pathways, cellular phenotypes, and protein function in models of human disease. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Core Directors to execute experiments that optimize and validate cell and biochemical assays in high-density formats (i.e., 384 well microtiter plates). |
| Bemerkungen | - Traveling is required 50% of the time or when needed. - MBA in project management - Opera Phenix certification from PerkinElmer/ Revvity of completed training and data analysis is required. |
