| Aufgabengebiet | You will lead an international team within global After Market Service (AMS) engineering which is responsible to deliver best technical solutions for our tool service centres worldwide including service instructions, supply and documentation. In this role you will work with a highly engaged and global team in close interaction with the whole AMS community as well as several business functions. You will not only be responsible for team management but also take over strategic AMS projects. We offer this exciting role with the chance to work cross-department and create direct impact for our tool service centres worldwide. | Anforderungen | - A Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or similar educational background, MBA is a plus - Several years of relevant professional experience in an international environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment - Good business acumen and strategic mindset - Collaborative mindset, capable to motivate and lead by example. Leadership experience is a plus - Fluency in spoken and written English |
