| Aufgabengebiet | You will contribute to our value creation and operational performance through the continuous improvement our S& OP process. You will lead the design and implementation of the future planning processes and capabilities, follow up on latest technologies’ trends, coach and support our regional/market and BU organizations in their planning excellence journey. Within this role you will be leading the definition and implementation of Global SC Planning and S&OP standards and roadmaps, processes, and systems. You get the chance to collaborate with a wide variety of partners and stakeholders acting as main SPOC for our Markets worldwide and Business Units. As an expert in SCM and Planning, you will be involved in coaching and supporting organizations in improving the maturity of our processes and system’s while defining and implementing impactful initiatives. You will report on the progress of KPIs, lead workshops with internal and, occasionally, external stakeholders (e.g., consultancy, software providers, cross company exchanges…). You will be a strong partner with the IT organization in SC Planning system’s strategic and operational enhancement activities. |
| Anforderungen | - 5+ years’ experience in Demand/Supply Planning, S&OP and/or other related Integrated Planning areas and/or consultancy. Previous involvement in a Global or Regional role is preferred - Demonstrated experience with large/complex change management projects definition and implementation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to successfully perform in a global matrix environment, a proactive working style and a “getting things done” approach - Strong analytical skills, strategizing, building and communicating reporting and analysis - IT affinity and ability to understand the SCM systems’ landscape and/or analytical tools. (SAP APO, JDA-Blue Yonder or other SCM planning, PowerBi, SAP SAC …) - Consultancy background in Supply Chain mgmt., is consider a plus. - Master’s degree in economics, Supply Chain management or Engineering - APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is considered a plus - You are fluent in English, additional languages are an asset |
